Rocktron Hush Ultra

I have a Rocktron Hush Ultra 19 inch, but light lcd sometimes lit most of the time not.
The lcd is than readable when you shine a flashlight angled on it.
Knows some one a solution or known with that issue?

Could be the lcd, a bad connector or maybe the ribbon cable. Can you send me a pic of the inside of the unit?

The lcd works but the back light isn't working.
Sometimes when you hit edit  knob backlightflashes or stays on for a moment sometimes minutes.
