Wow, perfect bass rig and 240v as well.  I wonder how much it would cost to ship to Australia?

WOW, that is dirt cheap.

Looks to be in great condition too. :banana-guitar:

I have no need for is (already have 2 MB1s and don't use backline anymore), but for any bassplayer in NL, BE or DE:
Pick this up!

Hey Peter,

I'm curious. Why don't you use the Basslines anymore, you don't like something about them?

I have that same bass rig here.

Hey Harley, Peter doesn't use a "backline" anymore.  IIRC he posted a (longish) while ago he'd gone over to the dark side using in ear monitoring.

In-ear monitors are okay I guess, I haven't had any opportunity to use them yet, but that's for a specific function.

I still like to feel the air pressure move around me from a great sounding rig, albeit guitar or bass. (That explains why I still have all the ADA gear that I do).

I do not use backline at all anymore, relying on in-ears to hear myself wherever I stand all the time.
FOH loves it  ;D and so do I since now the bass must go over the PA giving me a far more 'me' sound than what I used to get when the backline was always "too loud" at the back of the room, while still inaudible to me on stage.

So the rumble comes from the PA the details on my in-ears (I do have custom made in-ears, that can actually play the 30Hz of the low B

I have nothing bad to say about the ADA stack.

Hey Peter,

That's good to know. I suppose it's time for me to move into the 21st century and start looking into in-ear monitors. It might even help me with my learning process of Cubase. I'm having a hell of a time trying to make sense of all the software I'm trying to learn at the same time, and getting it to work together, (i.e. Cubase, EZ Drummer, and the Focusrite interface).

One of the things I'm being told is that I need to monitor through different media when tracking and mixing to get a better representation of how things will sound in the final mix like, FRFR monitors, different headphones, and even ear buds, and so on.
I though computers were supposed to make our lives easier! HAH

In my homestudio http://www.thegrannyattic.com (http://www.thegrannyattic.com) I'm using 3 and a half sets of speakers
Monitoring/reference:
Tannoy Precision 8
Beyerdynamic DT880Pro
Behringer Behritone C50A (this is the 'and a half' as I use only one for checking mono compatibility)
Dali 606

Hey Peter,

That's in your home studio though, I'm trying to do this in my apartment.

I do have a pair of Samson Resolv 65a monitors, ( for $150 for the pair, I couldn't walk away). So I can monitor somewhat FRFR, I wish I could afford a pair of Tannoy's, those are great monitors. The rest of my monitoring I need to do with various headphones, so I'm looking at some Neumann's, Sony's, and a few other high-dollar reference monitors for mixing and mastering.

I just checked out Lucid Dream, that's a killer tune! :thumb-up:

It kind of reminds me of Shadow Play a little bit.

My home studio is also 'only' half of my home's attic, but granted my home is more than 'an appartment'.
