Well I use 2 old 100W marshall heads (a '67 plexi and a '72 JMP) and one of the inputs is modified so it goes straight into the power amp. Then from the heads I go into 4 4x12 marshall cabs with different speakers in them. An old '68 with celestion greenbacks, one with V30's ,one with G12-65's and one with G12T75's. And it's a stereo setup.

Now that's what I'm talking about MJMP!! A serious let's go on tour type of rig - Amen! :whoohoo!:
And what are your thoughts still on my old preamp? Just curious if the unique sound still maintains or does it sound like some of your other MP-1s?  :)

Well it performs very well, haven't had a single problem with it. The only thing I did ,I put in a 220V transformer that came out of Iperfungus his MP-1. Sounds great, just don't understand why it gave you so much trouble.

Max will be happy you used his bits for a transplant  :thumb-up: , kind of like organ donation without dying...

Well at first he wanted to keep his original transformer, but when I told him that it was for Danny's holy grail he said it was for a very good cause

Wow this was a blast from the past!
I'm sure missing a good working MP1 so hopefully very soon I'll snag another one!

Wow...I didn't remember that story of you asking me to keep my MP-1's original transformer for Danny's HG!
That's something good to remember and I'm happy that unit is still alive thanks to a piece of my MP-1 in the inside.
On the run again!
