MP1 Outputs
« on: Time Format »

New owner of an MP1 here. The manual calls the output jacks "single-ended." Does that mean balanced or unbalanced?

Thanks.

Hey K-man, all MP-1 connections are unbalanced except the rear jack line level input on the early early units (with top switch) which is balanced IIRC.  Then most people either don't use the rear input or do the rear jack mod which makes it inst level and unbalanced (like the later MP-1s).
