User acount clean up and Minor changes to forum Registration Agreement

Just to let everyone know, after a recent clean up (thanks Kim  :thumb-up: ) of user accounts that had never logged on etc (~330 accounts have been removed).
Criteria used:Accounts with 0 posts and more than 365 days since Log In.Then checked the "Never" Log Ins and checked their registration date.  Remove if that date was a year old or older.
Registration Agreement change:"Member accounts that have not Logged In and made their first post for a period of 365 days since Registering will be deleted.""You have the ability, as you register, to choose your username. We advise that you keep the name appropriate as usernames deemed inappropriate or offensive will be rejected."
