Recieved my restored Mp2, now discovering his possibilities and sounds.
Only the leds for used features isn't working cause the ic is gone and can't be replaced.
Like the sound , very nice clean and more argressive distortion.

Awesome, enjoy  :thumb-up:   I've attached a list of the MP-2 v1.41 factory patches and settings (I put together ages ago) which may help you dial it in.  I also attached the same list sorted by voice and I've added some colour to make them (same voices) easier to see as, obviously, the presets aren't in voice order in the unit.  Note that OD2 is only available in voice 7, 8, 9 & 10 and you will probably want/need to use the noise gate for these.  I've found fader works better (for me) than hard gate.


I don't think you will miss having the leds, the only time I look at them is to see if I've got signal in the MP-2 if/when I'm trouble shooting.

been experimenting with mp2.
a Pro Tone Gary Holt sig boost and Pro Tone Jeff Loomis sig od infront of mp2.
settings mp2 are : warm vintage, drive 90. master 50, lo +2 mid -8 hi + 2 pr + 6 eq off ng ingate  +35 toto hush ultra to ADA GCS 6  2 output one to Marshall Valvestate 8008 to Bugera 4x12. sec to Focusrite Sapphire pro 40 into logic X Ignite TPA-1 power amp sim into Two Note Wall of Sound poweramp on in WOS. both cabsims are Kathallen.
1 = sm 57 - v30 4x12 other is : AT4050- v30 4x12.
