My humble axe collection
« on: Time Format »

Here's my small collection of guitars.

Ibanez Jem 7WVH ('97) - my main guitar since 97. I absolutely love how it plays and TBH, it was the closest thing in terms of feel to my old Charvel, just more polished.

Ibanez Universe UV777PBK ('98)

Charvel 475 Special ('87) - this was my main guitar since I was a teenager. Had a strat copy before that and this was my first "real" guitar. Lots of gigs, studio work in my younger days. It's seen better days but as of now it's on my list of restoration projects.

Ibanez Gio (2006ish maybe) - bought this for the kids to learn/play but it hasn't caught on with any of them...

US Masters Design EPiN4 (2009) - My most recent acquisition a couple weeks ago when I figured I should learn to play bass "proper"

Nice  :thumb-up: , cool line of instruments  :whoohoo!: . The Charvel and the Gio fingerboards look like they could use a drink of FB oil, maybe it's just the pics?

The Charvel has been lying around a bit and needs some TLC (even the binding on the tip of the headstock is starting to separate from the guitar. The GIO has a lighter colored fretboard and probably looked dry as a result.

Good of you to remind me though... I looked around for my fretboard cleaner/oil and cant find it so I ordered some :)  Thanks!
