UPDATE: I stripped all the duct tape offa my MPX foot controller. Where I work, we make stickers and decals, etc. So, I took some waste material and simply cut out numbers for my pedal board. I just cut them with scissors, without any template at all, just by using my eye to figure out when to turn/cut/ etc.

So, here's an updated pic. The back row of the pedalboard is my power strip (w/green paint on the available outlets). In front of that is my ol' Nady wireless and an A/B box. Next to the A/B box is my tuner, which is plugged into my wah. That's it.

The A/B box is for when my battery dies in the middle of a gig (it never happens at practice - only gigs). I hit the button on the A/B box and plug the attached cord into my guitar in lieu of the wireless pack. It's a tactical reload of sorts.

Very last (and now one and only) version.
I sold a lot of pedals (I've the little chinese nanoboard and many others no more) and bought other ones.

TC Electronic stuff rule: give to Sentry a try and you'll finally find THE noise gate.
Toneprint programming and editor are priceless.

The Bogner Ecstasy Red is THE DISTORTION pedal: none like it.
A killer, a fist in yo face.
And it cuts through the mix like nothing else: with all those switches and functions, you can really shape your guitar's tone...and then it has that gain and volume boost for solos...  :headbanger:

Xotic RC Booster....this is my 7th one now...and it's here to stay forever! A true keeper.
I love this pedalboard.

I still have another 3 pedals to sell and then I will be done.

Well, I had some down time and wanted to redo my pedalboard. Had some wood just laying around here's what I came up with. 2 best features : 1 it's half the weight of my old one and 2 it's about 6 inches shorter.

UPDATE:

Just picked up the EHX C9 for my pedalboard.  I want to get a A/B switcher (2 Inputs, 1 Out) to toggle between the Mel9 and C9, but for now I have to "double click" between the two when needed.  (Click one off and then the other On)  I have a really cool Boss Line Selector pedal that would work a treat for this, but I'm 2 patch cords short of that idea and the A/B switcher I'm looking at is about half the size of a Boss stompbox anyway.

Signal Flow:
Guitar > Saturnworks Buffered Splitter -> Morley Tremonti Wah > MP2/rack
                                 L--------> Boss CS3 > EHX C9 > EHX Mel9 > Morley Volume > Crate Powerblock

The EHX "9"s are very touchy on the dynamic levels by themselves...too much IMO. I'd much prefer one consistent Output Level coming out of these.  I'm only using the CS3 in an attempt to help even that out some, and I'm still trying to get that dialed in right. I've experimented with having the CS3 before and after the 9 pedals, so far having it before after with high Sustain settings them seems to work better.  Other than that personal gripe, these pedals sound fantastic.
