what do you think about a tribute collaboration for Jurrie?

I keep watching the Stars video over and over and remember how much fun it was to jam with friends from around the world.

Just a thought, but what about a similar one in memory of Jurrie? The jams were cool but I think the video aspect is a neat touch.

Not sure the song or how to approach this or if anyone really cares? :P

I guys, I'm so off the loop these days...
I will nonetheless try to get my ass back in here a t the depot.
Glad to see that Finstah found his way back in here too!!   :whoohoo!:

Of course, I'm a sucker for any Jurrie related project.

If somebody has 3 or 4 riff to shred over.
2 verse riffs a bridge rif and a chorus riff, i can see if I can whip this into some song structure, add bass and drums, then distribute for others to shred on.

Hey Peter, PM me an email address so I can send you some files. I'll do a riff thingy for everyone to schred on. probably as pro tools (i.e. a .pts and some audio files (maybe flacks?)

wanna had some lyrics? if i can snatch a decent mic and get my voice in shape a bit more with a bit of time to had the final touch to the tribute

Peter and I are slicing and dicing one of my songs for everyone to have a crack at, I'm attempting to send him the files as there are 9 @ 40MB each.  He's going to slice and dice it to suit various needs, you can get a version no doubt to put some lyrics on.  The song is called Little Memory, it's kind of about my son who was borne but unfortunately not alive so in some ways maybe appropriate for Jur as in the anguish/loss I'm sure we all feel, my tail end solo for example...
Anyway hopefully you guys will like it to play to, it's in A 440hz
I've attached a squished MP3 so you can hear it, hope it's something you guys want to play on...
