ACDC - FLY ON THE WALL (so underated)
+1  :thumb-up: one of my favs

you have now been elevated to "GOD" status now Richard for liking this album.  I'm always getting into arguments with people about it.  They either hate the production or hate that there is loadsa reverb on the vocals or that Phil Rudd is not playing.  To me it's AC/DC for me.  This was the stuff I first heard of theirs.  That era, and then the movie Maximum Overdrive!!  f**king love it!!

what about "Blow up your video"  I used to not like it that much but I think it's good as well.  I just love the sound of FOW though.  It's "wet" sounding  :thumb-up:

Hey RG, Heat Seeker.... pumping right now.... My neighbors are gonna hate me LOL. My family bought me a box set of AC/DC a while ago (they asked me what I wanted ...), I haven't played this one before (big box LOL). Though I'm familiar with some of the tracks... Kicks arse, like Fly on the Wall  :thumb-up:

I listened to Blow up your Video a few times now since I have been bindging on FOW, and you know what, it's a f**king good album!!  "Heatseeker"  "Blow up your Video" "Feel like kissing Dynamite" man lots of good tracks on there.  Why people hate those albums I'll never know.  BUYV is better than Razors Edge.  Brian Johnson is losing his voice by Razors Edge.  It deteriorates throughout the 90's also and it's not until Black Ice that suddenly he's back to like at least the level of Blow Up Your Video.  Not as aggresive as Fly on the Wall but his singing on the new stuff is f**king brilliant.  How he got back some of that ability to do the high stuff is amazing!!  Super nice guy as well is Brian Johnson, can't believe he still smokes!!!

Well at 1 am I had it pumping, one of my ESL63s kept tripping its protection circuit, so I had to turn it down a bit  . I agree, this is one of their best albums, and I get what your saying re Brian J, maybe he just needed a rest LOL. Ahh smoking, that's a hard one to give up.

so rare to find anyone of this opinion.  A lot of people don't like flick of a switch either, again another one I love.  I'm sick to death of "Back in Black" to be honest.

hmmm what else have I been listening to this week..................

Witchfynde - Cloak and Dagger

Band of Skulls

And my gym playlist has
Alice in chains
Audioslave
AC/DC
