Title: My new guitar
Post by: GonadiusPrime on October 31, 2013, 12:11:08 PM
My new guitar doesn't play so good.  It's a lot harder to play than my Jackson.  One wouldn't think so given it's a fairly recent Ibanez.  Anyway, there's only 5 strings too, and they're massive.  Very hard to bend.  Plus, everything on it sounds lower...like an octave lower than I'd expect.  There is one positive, it's really hard to break strings...not impossible, but harder.

What is this "bass" you speak of?  I've heard of guitars, but...bass?  Isn't that a fish?

They have 4, 5, even 6 strings. Usually the strings are thicker than a guitar, which would explain your bending problems  :P ::)

Gentlemen, let's be serious.

There's bass and then there's bonzai bass, which is that wimpy thing with 6 or twelve minature bendy strings, that scream "When I grow up I want to become a real bass"  C:-)
