Had forgotten just how good Savatage is/was..

How can you forget that ? ;D

Well, since my mishap in life three years ago, my CD's have been stored in a box, and no audio gear, so music has been youtube. Given my fight to restore a life, I just forgot a lot of bands et al..
Someone brought them up on Metalguitarist, so here we go ;)
Also, I initially didn't dig the new singer, but he's damn good.
R.I.P. Criss, you were an exceptionally talented guitarist.

This week I've been listening to

However in my day when I first bought the vhs (which I still own) the video was just called Judas Priest Live.  Not to be confused with the live album JP - Live which also has a video of the concert.  Changed my life watching this entire concert.  Sure I wasn't born till a year later but still changed my life!

I saw them then as well.  It was my first time.  They came back about 4 years later and were even better.
