Just plain "Holy Crap".....so glad to see the site up and running again. Sold off all my ADA gear a while back to "simplify" things...went the straight head route. Been thinking about getting back to the rack, but with this site gone, my heart just wasn't in it. I guess it's time to sell my heads and pick ip an MP-1 to mod...missed you guys!

Hey Potus, Welcome back.

Now it's time to ditch the head and embrace the rack  O0
Nothing beats MB-1s and MP-1s with MDRTs

+1  :thumb-up: , they say the rack is dead (I was a bit gobsmacked when I read it), well not with me...

Welcome Back POTUS!!

I did the same thing, put my racks in storage and started using a combo amp + multi-fx. Then, the band went to in-ear-monitors, and I was always running a mic in front of my rig. I figured it would be easier to leave the amp at home and bring the rack gear to run direct into the board, which is what I'm doing now. This has greatly reduced my load-in :)

Get yerself another rack rig, it's been great for me to have it back (and let's face it, the ADA just sounds better than anything out there)

Guys....thanks for the warm welcome! I still have my rack....well, most of it. Got the box itself, my Furman power conditioner, my HUSH Super C, my BBE, and a crummy fx unit (Digitech S200). Just need an MP-1 3.666 and a good tube power amp. I've been playing Peavey heads...have a Tripple XXX and a JSX. G ood amps, but lose their "crunch" at volume. Running through  a Recto 4x12 AND a Randall Warhead 2x15 at the same time. I was looking to get into a 6505+, but then I found you guys again....re-thinking everything.

I suspect the general consensus here is go an ADA MP1/Classic/3TM or MP2  :thumb-up: >:D , not that other amps aren't good, just ADAs' are awesome.
