Hi I'm new to this forum, I've been drooling at ADA gear from reading old 80's guitar magazines for almost 10 years.
I have the opportunity to purchase an MP-1 for $150,  the only issue is that the number display has some segments that do not light up.
Is there a known fix or replacement parts that someone would happen to have, perhaps there's a model number that could be looked on a website like digikey.com?

Thanks in advance.

Most of the time the display isn't the problem but the grey wires ( 2 sets) going from the display to the mainboard. What you can try is to push gently on those wires and see if you see some digits go on.

==>take a look here, you can see how the display is connected,it's the same as the mp-1.
I see that it's always the same segment (c) that is missing so i'm almost 100% it's the wire or maybe (but this happen often) the driver transistor.

I'm am guessing the same goes for the digitizer? Mine has done this same thing in one spot. I knew about it when I bought it but it doesn't bother me much.  A simple fix that that would be icing for me.

Yes the D4 works the same way as the MP-1.

Depending on your location, I'd pass. I just bought a fully functioning MP-1 for $150. If the display doesn't work properly I'd want it for less.

I drove 2:30 hours to go pick up after renegotiating it to 130.  Get there it blew a fuse.  Picked it up way cheaper.  It's not shorting to ground (no burn mark)  but it still burnt a fuse.  Maybe a cheap parts unit after all?  Bummer thanks guys.  I hope I can get it running soon.

Does the fuse burn directly when you turn it on?
