Mod bug hits Tube Screamer
« on: Time Format »

Here is my next mod all planned out. Ibanez TS9.

Red = gain mod & modified bass frequency
Yellow = TS808 mod

Just awaiting caps & resistors from Mouser. Turns out I already have a desirable opamp, so that's staying.

Go DesmoBob, MikeB and I are planing a soldering session on Monday to put his new MP1 bits in, IIRC line jack mod and a bunch of other jacks. I must say his MP1 was sounding very nice last night  :thumb-up:

So some audio clips coming our way of how this mod sounds ?? I set up a new child board (Other Audio Clips) for you to post them (no pressure BTW LoL)

Well it's probably time LoL, and if it's not a maple board, it could probably use a drink (or 3) of finger board oil and regardless a nice setup check (seasonal neck relief adjust etc)  :thumb-up:

Since we're going down that road, I guess I should get out the polish, too.  :facepalm:

seasonal
What's that? We don't have seasons in Hawaii. It's either summer, summer, summer, or summer.

BTW the parts arrived.  :whoohoo!:

Man cave is a disaster right now. Some shuffling is in order before getting a decent recording.
