Ah great ,so what did you do to fix it?

BTW there's no connector inside the front panel.

well, mmmmmmh... the way i fixed seems not reliable ; it works sporadicly. the plastic conductive material is kind of hard to work on...

it could  be great to put a brand new...but i think there is noway to change it.

the good news is I know where it come from.

I 've to admit ! MJMP, you were right when the conductive is cut.... nothing you do !

that preamp will finish as part of !!!

Well there's something you could do and that is ad a button on it,maybe on the side or on the back or even on top? A bit a pain in the *** to change a preset but better this then nothing i guess?

If  you like i can check it out for you?Should be doable.

Well... thank you very much MJMP but I prefer giving up ! from now on the whole front panel doesn't work...only the digit. it' s just impossible to fix anything on that plastic conductive without messing the all damn thing.

I'm really disappointed... i was almost there :-[. Yestreday I had some hope.

but you know, maybe one day i'll grab  a broken mp1 for cheap and fix this one .

Hi everybody, I'm re opening this thread because I 've found a solution for my dead mp1 front panel :banana-rock:

I know ; from inside it is uggly, but once I put the cover on it looks like an mp1 an it 's working like brand new

I pull off the 3 original stickers front panel properly, I've drilled holes on front panel, paste momentary buttons (with bi-component glue)
