One question, are any of the units functions controlled by midi (besides changing presets)? I'm talking about bypass function, and anything else thru CC like mix?

Hey El, from what I can see/understand, the Digitiser is controlled by its own foot switch and isn't midi (and Steve doesn't have the foot switch for it).  And from what MJMP says, it does great chorus. That's not to say you couldn't control it with a midi pedal thingy but one a bit more versatile/capable than the MC1 or MXC that you can configure to send the appropriate change commands for it on a given patch.

The chorus on the digitizer is a different but still great beast than that in the MP-1.  Mine is run in the mp-1 loop and I use it to approximate a 3D phaser-like chorus tone that I can't get from the mp-1 chorus or my TFX4.  Also if you chance upon the pedal then get it.  My only gripe is having to lean over to chnage memory banks from 1 to a higher bank.
