Over the years as a 'depot member (in it's various formats) I've read some really great things others have posted.  Some really deep and profound, some so silly that a good cleaning of the monitor screen is needed. 

I've created this thread to share some of those, and while I'm not going to search the past for all those gems I thought why not start now.
Feel free to add to this, but please post as quotes.  (If you aren't sure how to do that, we'll help)
So without further ado, and thanks to Tomy for this:

It took me couple of day working to get enough money to afford my most expensive instrument.
But it took me 25 years to get that 50 bucks bass, and that why I love this bass.

You feel that?  I certainly do.
