Mod 3 Questions????

All...Im considering performing mod 3 on one of my stock MP-1's. Im going to assume that at least several of you have done this same modification yourselves. So...is the schematic in " The Vault " accurate? Are there other components that could or should be replaced on the tubeboard with this mod? The C-3 .022 uF 200-250 volts orange drop style capacitor is easy to get, but the C-4 1000pF or 
.001 uF 200-250 volts capacitor seems harder to get. Wondering if the 200-250 volt rating for C-4 is a typo? What is a suitable replacement? Please advise, Chris.

They shouldn't be hard to get,where do you buy your parts?

Im looking here, they're showing 600 volt rating, i may need to call as they say on the page that not all parts are listed.
