Info on TV series "Black Roses"

Can't find anything on a specific TV series; likely I remember something incorrect, so..
Some info, in case you guys knows something:
Late 80's or early 90's TV series "Black Roses", about a nuclear accident coverup in England.
Had an American specialist named Jedburg in it. Clapton played the intro.
Think it was some 10-12 episodes.

Sounds interesting, though I've never heard of it before.

Yeah, that's the one! I remembered the title incorrectly due to those black roses shown in it.
Seems I can watch it on dailymotion - will have to buy it anyways.
