They are from Spain. Really good band.

I agree, very creative music :thumb-up:

I really like that sort of thing. It makes music more of an adventure, both for the musician and the listener.
I only have two brain cells left, ...and I'm saving them for the weekend!

In 1996 one of my all time fav bands got back together for a reunion which lasted a couple of years.  During that time they played a few huge meaningful shows and also made an album.  During the making of the album however the old tensions of the past resurfaced and it wasn't long before they fragmented again.  However during that reunion period they dropped upon us one of their best albums in my opinion.

here it is complete with the bonus disc featuring re-recorded versions of old classic material.  It came out for Christmas 1997 and I was for sure getting that album!!!  It was a good Christmas!!  Hell Yeahhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Systematic Chaos

Got asked by a band of one of my Japanese friends to fill in the guitar spot for one of their gigs....these are the songs from their setlist (cover band) that I gotta get on track:
- Holy Wars, Megadeth
- Tornado of Souls, Megadeth
- Aces High, Iron Maiden
- Princess of the Dawn, Accept/U.D.O.
- Eagle Fly Free, Helloween
- Still of the Night, Whitesnake
- Crying in the Rain, Whitesnake
- Youth Gone Wild, Skid Row

I have played all of them (plus the ones I haven't listed but still know in and out) at some point in the last 25 years...but hell, especially the Megadave riffing really has me sitting down

Soloist

@SC, those Megadeth riffs are tough as hell. Holy Wars I have played and man its hard. Love Tornado of Souls but never learned it. The Maiden, Skid Row and both Whitesnake tunes are a blast to play. Enjoy your gig!  :headbanger:

Studio gear- way too much to list.

Systematic Chaos

After a lot of practice I'm now comfy with the Megadeth tunes. That's some silly speed though.
Eagle Fly Free is still bit bumpy but I'm getting there.
As if it weren't enough, I´ve just been told they'd appreciate if I could do Cowboys From Hell as well.
Gig is this Thursday...sweating bullets ;-)
