I use the iLok (dongle) with Protools for years and never had an issue. H/W and S/W both rock solid. I highly recommend.

Do you mean the artist and elements and AI versions?
Yup 8)

I think the artist is also available in an EDU version.

I ended up going with Cinematic Strings. Got a GREAT educational price as well as an additional discount that I couldn't pass up. Almost 50% off.  :banana-rock:

A "powerful new strings library for Kontakt player" (http://www.cinematicstrings.com/) or were you taking the piss ? LOL

@finstah, does it have any guitar sounds ?
Studio Rig: Stuff; Live Rig: More Stuff; Guitars: A few

It's basically an orchestra in a box but on the high end quality wise. 'created to meet the needs of working composers in today's film, television and video game industries'

Here's some demos, http://www.cinematicstrings.com/index.php/about-cs2.

No geetar sounds although Kontakt has a free one, http://www.native-instruments.com/en/products/komplete/guitar/guitar-rig-5-player/
