I found a Mesa 20 20 a couple of months ago on the internet. I really like it.

The microtube is a hybrid, uses a tube input stage and SS output stage.  There are a number of offerings like that, check RGs posts.  If you want all tube, a Carvin TS100 is a good choice, I bought one when my B200S was playing up, it's a good amp, 2 RU (go for a newer one though, they changed the design a bit over the years).  Trouble with all tube amps is the weigh allot and create a fair amount of heat.

If you don't need too much power, you could use two 9½" Hughes&Kettner Metal Masters..

8008 is a damn good poweramp. Sometimes I wish I still had it. It was lightweight and did a good job. Now I need to haul this Carvin Poweramp 100, which is great but painfully heavy.

Yes the 8008 is a decent 1U rack amp, I have one too and I have modded it with an
internal fan to keep things cooler.
I also use a Marshall 9100 50/50w valve amp, it's a 3U amp but heavy to haul around, 30KG/66 lb's. it sounds great though.

I used to own the Marshall 1U el84 20/20. The only thing is; it could easily cook anything mounted directly above as the top of it gets very hot. The valves are mounted inside around the middle, it needs an empty 1U space above it. Other than that, a great sounding amp too with a nice bass boost.

I have been thinking about buying this one. An RnR PWR-220 1U Power Amplifier. It looks like a very nice piece of kit indeed, switchable from pentode to triode,
Plus, I do like the fact that the valves are mounted away at the rear for better heat dissipation and more manageable, much like the Mesa Boogie 1U el84 20/20 which is a great amp also.
