I'm listening to The Jelly Jam this week. Going to see them Saturday night in a bar I used to play in a lot called Havana.

My brother nagged me into getting Spotify a couple of weeks ago.   Now I can go back to the beginning of this thread and systematically check everything out.  :metal:  It's going to take a while.  At his recommendation I had a listen to Fates Warning yesterday. Not bad at all.
I don't feel tardy!

It was time to bring this one out of the Archives:

All the talk about recently about the kids playing guitar without any soul, and the current state of music in general, made my mind start thinking; What would Frank have written and published in reflection of the current times? I'll bet it would have been hilarious

I only have two brain cells left, ...and I'm saving them for the weekend!

I just had my first listen to Apostrophe yesterday. Zappa's stuff really pulls you in. I was listening in the car and i missed so much.   Need to try again when I can concentrate.
I don't feel tardy!

Luke Gibson

The Jam - About The Young Idea
Queensryche - Operation Mind Crime & Empire

Kim

Big fan of Karyn Crisis since her first album in '94 or so.  I'm really digging this, too.  :thumb-up:  But the bassist can stay off the mic, though. ::)

:metal:
Witch Mountain is scheduled to play too, but not printed on ticket for some reason.  I think I heard The Skull is the band Trouble with some new members, and Saint Vitus is legendary.  Gonna be a good night!  :metal:

Frozen Rainbow is an awesome song.

I was thinking that and Eagle has Landed are quite different for what Saxon normally play.  Mind you 21 albums and they have a big selection to choose from.

I love the song "Rock the Nations"
