Microcab mono in stereo out

A customer shipped me his MC with the problem that if you either use the A or B input the signal is always present on both outputs. He didn't noticed this before because he always used it in mono, now for some reason he decided to use it in stereo and found this problem. So he shipped it to me to have a look at it.

So after some digging around I finally found the problem, it left the ADA factory this way, they just forgot to cut a small piece of wire (see pic1) on the bank switch. See pic2 for the correct wiring.
