Wah, with external pedal
« on: Time Format »

Hi guys.
I never really tried the Wah-Wah on the MP-2 yet, and certainly not with a pedal. I was now looking at this expression pedal: http://missionengineering.com/?product=sp-1
So, will I be able to make this one work with the MP-2 so that the built in switch will turn the wah-wah on and off, and the pedal work the Wah?! I already have a Roland FC-200 that the pedal could be plugged in to.

I do own exccellent wah-wah pedals, so this is not important, but I would like to make it work, specially if it works well  ;) And it would certainlyh keep the cables and hassle at a minimum ;D

That should work.Assign one CC to the switch and one CC to the pedal's pot.Do the same in the MP-2 and you're good to go.The FC200 has 6 six external inputs to choose from.
