Title: Hi from north of France
Post by: big jim on February 19, 2014, 05:25:37 AM
Hi.

I'm Fred, I'm 37 years old and I play guitar from my sixteen years.
I'm a great fan of Metallica especially James Hetfield.
Thus my rig is in inspired by his material.

My main set up consits of Mesa Boogie Quad Preamp, ADA Mp1 preamp, ADA FX2 multi effects, MXR 10 band EQ, in the return of a Marshall JCM 900 MKIII Hi Gain Master Volume head + Marshall 1960 cab.

++

Fred.

Hey Fred, welcome to the depot, I would encourage you to run the MP1 in stereo some time (you may have already ?) if you can (albeit you'd need some more gear (eg stereo power amp (or another Marshall) and either modify your current cab to be stereo or have 2 cabs (even better)), it will amaze you how much better that sounds. Anyway nice to have you on board.
