Hey guys...does anyone here have news about Danny Joe Carter?
He suddenly disappeared after all that bad luck with every MP-1 he and his fellow Jason put their hands on and I did not see any new post from him.

I just remember he sent his Holy Grail MP-1 to MJMP for some mods but maybe, at the end, Philippe bought that unit when DJC gave up.

I still hope he will come back, with other MP-1 (good) stories to share.

I greatly appreciate the kind words and for thinking about me, it really does mean a lot!!

Yeah here's the run down; it is hard to explain how bummed I was I wasn't able to get any of the numerous MP-1s I had to work properly and I just had to walk away from all of it. My buddy and I went through 9 units and then started unloading them - and yes my Holy Grail I sold to MJMP.
Man I would have given, and still would give anything to have two units just like that one! It's why I'm very excited about the news of the newer updated MP-1 Channel and hopefully they come through with!

So guys I am back and appreciate so much you thinking of me and I'm still seeking my new TONE which I'm fairly happy with what I have now but it could be better!

I'm still trying out gear these days and just got a new power amp, went with the Marshall EL34 100/100! Loudest and meanest amp I have ever heard! 
Ridiculous power and amazing tone! I am selling off all the Mesa Boogie stuff, just too much coloring and I just didn't like the tone. But the Marshall is the magic!
And I have been looking at the MP-1 Channel preamp and wishing one day they reissue the MP-1, which I know is a near impossible task for various reasons, but I'm still always checking in here to see the latest news on ADA products!
