Curious about an FS-2 footswitch

Is this the only version of the Fs-2 footswitch that sported the name of the delay it was currently tied to, or are there others?

Well mine also has the D1280 FS-2 label on it but I also seen some with just the FS-2 label on it. Mine even has the red buttons (like on the midi pedals) but I don't think these are the original ones.

As for the covers, don't know where you can get those.
