On patches that have the chorus enabled, the sound becomes over distorted. I'll try and record a sample tomorrow. This is only on clean settings, on distorted patches there is no sign that its even on but on clean patches, if i turn up the chorus depth or rate, i get a transistor like distortion.

Hey Richie, check your personal messages, I'll send my phone number if you want to ring and talk through a few options.  I bought some servisol Isopropyl alcohol contact cleaner from JCar. Seems to work ok for jacks  :thumb-up: . The BBD MJMP is referring to is a "bucket brigade delay" (in case you weren't familiar with the acronym).

What you can try also is turn the T4 pot from left to right a few times and then set it back at the original position (around 11 o'clock). If the BBD isn't biased correctly it can create distortion. So check this out and let me know.
