WOW! why is this guy so mad ? I am from the U.S.A and this is not standard business practice. If you want to fight and get your aggressions out go play some heavy metal music or join some kind of fight club. I thought,cool someone in the states doing ADA mods,not so cool now. That is embarrassing. Usually guys that do business like this don't last long or end up missing. There are few modders around the states that slam on each other. I had some things lined up to get modded at one time and I seen the guy talking smack about someone else and I canceled it. I had it boxed and the money and was going to ship out the next day. That night I was doing more research and seen he was talking smack and I pulled the plug on it.

  Wow! I haven't been on this website for awhile, but that was an interesting way to start a thread and make friends on this website.    I still have both of my 3TM "Ultra" modded MP-1 preamps that HB did for me 10 years ago and they're still in use to this day in my live rig as a back up rig and in my home studio for direct recording.

  I could have bought any other brand of preamps, but stuck with my tried and true modded ADA preamps. HB, MarshallJMP, Jur, and a few other people from this forum have been kind enough to provide technical support at a time when ADA was out of business and people were selling their stock MP-1 preamps for cheap money due to needing improvements, technical issues, lack of manuals/diagrams, or lack of parts. I hope this forum will keep going so people who are interested in any of the ADA gear will know how to find parts, repair it, and make good music with it.

We are pretty lucky here, I don't anticipate us going away any time soon. All kudos  Dante for getting it up and going again and hosting it for us all.  Obviously the ADA passion is still strong  The knowledge base is building again and we have new blood who've discovered ADA preamps. Unfortunately, they are getting older, but hey we are all here to support each other
