OH THE SPAM!!!

It seems I was a bit too lenient on letting new members sign up - and we have been HAMMERED by spammers (spammered?)

So, I have banned all the perpetrators and added a bit of security to the forum, no guarantees on how successful it will be.

Seriously, another question on forum layouts... is there a way (or have I just missed it) to see all of the latest posts regardless of the topic?  With the lack of the Depot, I got used to the Sevenstring.org site... I know, blaspheme!!!

WOW did this forum just get cyber attacked by other jealous forums with all this spam that we had in the last week???

It's not jealous posts (I wish it was), this is auto spam bots which can now work out capture etc. I've just spent 2 nights deleting accounts and posts etc, worst of it is it cuts into me talking to you guys time  :facepalm: I turned the capture up as complicated as it goes (I already knew that was cracked though). We may have to go with an email one time password ?(but no surprise, the bad guys have that covered as well..)
