Found out an interesting factoid yesterday when I Googled ADA's address in Oakland CA.  I was curious what it turned into...

ADA's old address at 420 Lesser Street, Oakland, CA is now a Cannabis Industrial Building and is/was forsale https://www.avisonyoung.us/properties/420-lesser-street-oakland-sale

Funny, the street address is 420 and it's a dispensary ;D

I went there once, in Emeryville, it was a rough neighborhood back in the 90s....don't get lost.

Now, that whole area (industrial buildings) is full of night clubs that were warehouses. Totally revived the shipping district of Oakland/Berkeley.

Wow, and you can buy it for a cool $15.4 mil and the tenants are all in a "growth" industry LoL.
