Hey Peter, thanks  and no hurry. It's actually easier if I wetransfer the PT AIF (48k/24bit) files so you can import them and play around as you like, so if that's ok I'll send them to you soon.  Just hearing the stick sounds, I thought the timbre would really suit that track (hopefully you like it).

No worries, and absolutely no rush, just thought you might like that song for stick and I think it will really work for it, i.e. make the stick a feature (there's plenty of space). What's the stick like for "flase (as some call them)" harmonics, maybe double (oct lower) the ones I do at the start ??

Hey Peter, I knew it was your mix  :thumb-up:    Do you want to try the stick on this one (adadepot.com/index.php?topic=1094.0), I can send you the PT files and you can replace the bass (if you're interested). Just seems a good idea for the timbre of the song and I'm going to remix all the stuff from that period over time. I never finished them off.

Know what you mean, what a bass player, what a band !!! love it. They all inspire me in so many ways. As do you my friend (or I wouldn't have made the comparison LOL). What gear does Tony use ? (I suspect an MB1 would suite him well LOL).

I only know this since I have one but he did use an Ibanez UE-303B in the early 80s: Analog multi-effect with auto-filter, compressor, and chorus/flanger.  Tony just tends to make anything sound good though.  That bass line off Sledgehammer is never going to get out of my head.
