I very nearly started a thread to remember Philthy Animal Taylor.

R.I.P Lemmy and Phil.

Lemmy and Motorhead are one of the biggest influences on me and my life.  I will miss you both.

Sad sad times.

I am grateful I got to see them when I did, and I am grateful that I got to enjoy Motorhead since 1996 long after the original glory days they had in the early 80's.

Heroes!  all line ups!

I wish I had said more to him when I met him when I was 18.  Really regret that.  He signed a cut off I had/have and he was gonna sign the warpig on the back and I said "NO DON'T SIGN THERE".  Feel like such a butthead now!  But at least I met one of my idols and heroes and a guy I learnt a lot from in many other ways, not just musically but on how to be a person.

Last week we had our first 7" single launch and played "Die you Bastard" from Another Perfect Day.  It went very well, really different style of playing that I am not used too.  Brian Robertson was awesome at guitar.

We did as accurate as possible, dialled in the Lemmy Bass sound as best we could.  Great fun!!
