Rocktron HUSH vs. Guitar Silencer???

Hey Guys...over the years I've had several Rocktron HUSH units in the rack - currently own a HUSH Super C unit (which sits anxiously awaiting a new MP-1 one of these days). I was just wondering if anyone has experience with the Guitar Silencer? - How is it different than the HUSH systems? For better or worse? Hard to find, I know, but one just turned up on ebay pretty reasonable, and I was looking for some quick input before I snag it...
