I'm not sure if I want to really sell it because it took me a few years to get it all together. But I'm curious as to what someone would offer.

Hey Mrmikepoulin, welcome to the depot  and very glad to see Dante got you sorted out  :thumb-up: .
Man that's a very nice bass rig (I can't see from the pic but I'm assuming that's a B500B poweramp)  If you were in Australia, I'd certainly be interested, unfortunately shipping cabs around the world (and also poweramps for that matter) is very expensive.  Power wise the MB-1 can be fixed by installing a MDRT (replacement transformer which is not only heaps better, but works on 117 or 240v).  I have a US B500B with MJMP still (in Belgium), it's all good but getting a 240v tranny for it (that fits in the case) is being quite problematic  . I'd happily take the MB-1 off your hands if you decide to split it up.  Did you buy it all new ? what sort of condition is it in ?  (BTW looks like very good condition from the pic).
How much it's worth (depends on the condition obviously), personally I'd be quite keen at around $1500 AUD, though it may well owe you more than that ? (anyway just to give you an indication, shipping to Australia though  )

However if it were mine I wouldn't sell it  >:D , but I'd add a multi fx and a midi pedal that does CC (the MB-1 has a little bit of of CC (may need last EPROM release ?? v2.05)
Cheers R

Forget about the CC with the MB-1. The eprom v2.05 works perfectly for that, but the audio path has not changed.
So it only steps through the number of steps each function has through the buttons, and not the full 128 midisteps.
Add to that that there will be audible clicks while stepping through.

It does help with programming sounds though.

What is the speaker setup in the cab? Are there two cabs? Hard to see in the picture.

My bassist might be interested.

Hey Panda, the top cab is an ADA Bassline HX so 2 x 10" (http://web.archive.org/web/20040216235952/http://www.adadepot.com:80/adagear/gearpages/speakers/ADA-Bassline-HX.htm) and the bottom cab is an ADA Bassline 15" (http://web.archive.org/web/20040217000635/http://www.adadepot.com:80/adagear/gearpages/speakers/ADA-Bassline-15.htm).

They also had ADA Bassline VX (2 x 10" and 2 x 5"; http://web.archive.org/web/20040217005922/http://www.adadepot.com:80/adagear/gearpages/speakers/ADA-Bassline-VX.htm) but the one in the pic is an HX

It would be an awesome rig to have  >:D "if" Mrmike wants to part with it.  I've heard many a bass amp over the years and the MB-1 is the best sound of all of them (I suspect Peter would agree?).  The B500B is basically a B200s on steroids, so great poweramp as well.

IIRC,

The B500B was EQ'd a bit differently on each channel as it was designed for a Bi-amped bass system.

No it wasn't actually, they are all the same amps.B500B is just the same amp as the B500S.
