Nice work EL! And total eclipse is one of my fav maiden songs!!!!
You come very close to the orignal maiden sound in tone but you need a bit more saturation in your sound to nail it.
I guess it's time for a 3TM >:D

Jaja I know you would like it, I noticed when I visited you that for sure we have the same taste in bands and songs!

Well actually my settings are OD1: 7.0 and OD2: 5.5... so there is still some more saturation on my MP-1 left :metal: Also I'm playing thru my Kramer Pacer that has a maple neck and "probably" poplar body, for sure that combination is more bright and crisp (specially with the Lawrence XL500 pickup) than the mahogany body and neck that the guys used on that song (Adrian with his LP Goldtop or red Ibanez Destroyer and Dave with also his Ibanez Destroyer, but he could also had record it with his maple neck strat, but most likely at least one of them had a mahogany body and neck guitar).

Well cant give much detail actually, the same as before: 1981 Kramer Pacer maple strathead with Lawrence XL500 pickup, to the MP-1 with the RANE eq adding 5db at 80khz, and the cam with my Scumback speakers usein a SM57 like 6 inches away at about 1.5 inches from the cone (but remember that this model has a larger than normal dust cone). NO post eq or nothing... thou I would have to test cutting the high and maybe low freqs after in the mix.
