Faceplate looks good. Fully functional. Typical scratches. Some one painted the top plate ages ago - looks fine.
When I got it, someone had modded the bejesus out of it. I restored most of it to stock, except for some stuff in the gain stages. I kind of liked the additional gain. I'd say it has about 40% more gain than normal, you can use lower settings to make it sound (more or less) like a stock unit. If you want to make it completely stock, you're looking at about $5 in parts and about an hour and half on the bench.
I just did the extensive noise mod, replaced the front and rear input jacks. Has new power supply caps and new memory battery.
